Business Analyst
1. Research Coverage: Work with your deal manager to conduct industry, company specific and field research for target acquisitions.
2. Financial Modelling: Prepare financial valuation models and investment recommendations for both target acquisitions and exit investments.
3. Due diligence: Lead the due diligence process for prospective investments which involves liaising with investment bankers, external legal counsel, financial and tax auditors, and technical experts, and requires extensive project management skills.
4. Transaction support: Lead the project management work for live deals in the investment pipeline.
5. Strategic secondment: You may be assigned to a portfolio company to work with the CEO/CFO/COO on a day to day basis under a senior Seawood team member to solve a complex business problem, execute a high impact project, or run a business unit.

1. Open to fresh graduates up to those with 2 years of work experience after completion of undergraduate degree.
